Cohexify specializes in designing, building, and launching high-converting landing pages, portfolio websites, and digital web applications. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project will be agreed upon in writing via email or a formal project proposal before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client is granted ownership of the final website, design assets, and compiled code specific to their project.

Underlying Assets: Cohexify retains ownership of all underlying code libraries, internal templates, and proprietary frameworks used to build the project. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these underlying assets only as they are incorporated into the final deliverable.

Portfolio Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed before the project begins, Cohexify reserves the right to display the completed project, including screenshots and performance metrics, in our portfolio and marketing materials.

3. User Content & Responsibilities

When providing text, images, logos, or other media for your project, you guarantee that you own the rights to those materials or have obtained the necessary permissions to use them. Cohexify is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from materials provided by the client.

4. Limitations of Liability

While we engineer our websites to follow best practices for conversion rate optimization and performance, Cohexify does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial returns, or lead generation volumes.

In no event shall Cohexify be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the digital products we build for you.

5. Revisions and Modifications

The materials appearing on Cohexify's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.
